What is a flower bar?
A flower bar, also known as a bouquet bar, flower cart, stem bar, or flower station, is an assortment of individual flowers and greens so people can build a bouquet from scratch that they get to take home! It’s an interactive and creative experience as well as a unique party favor that both men and women love. How does the flower cart work?
We will deliver, set up, and tear down the flower cart for your event. We will also provide flower cart attendants to help your guests build bouquets if you’d like. It includes all of the flowers and materials needed to build bouquets. You will decide how many bouquets are needed, we will stock the flower station with enough fresh flowers as well as bouquet carriers so your guests have something to take the flowers home in. Our staff chooses the flowers for the flower bar and you choose the colors. We will discuss flower color choices, custom branding options and more upon booking.
What kinds of events do you do?
We will set up the bouquet bar for just about any event in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and surrounding areas! We have set up for birthdays, bridal showers, wellness events, office parties, real estate client appreciation events, weddings, the Truist golf championship, events for the Hornets basketball team, med spa grand openings and client appreciation, and so many more!
How long is the flower cart rental?
We don’t have a limit on the rental hours at this time, though typical events are 2-4 hours. We’ll discuss start and end times at booking so you can let us know if you have a longer event.
How much does it cost to have a flower bar at my event?
The cost depends on the number of guests you have and which bouquet size you choose. The cost starts at $325 and goes up from there. Check out of packages and pricing HERE.
Can I choose the color palette for the flowers?
Absolutely. We offer 3 classic color palettes as well as 1 seasonal option to choose from for the flowers bar, but we are happy to do custom color palettes as well!
How far do you travel?
We travel within 1 hour of Rock Hill, SC before charging a travel fee. We’ll travel several hours from the Charlotte, NC area for a travel fee.
Can we customize the bouquet carriers?
Yes! We can add custom stickers to the bouquet carriers with your logo or to match your event, such as for a bridal shower or birthday party.
Is there a maximum number of bouquets you can do?
Nope! We can a flower bar for conferences and other large events, as well as small birthdays and showers with our flexible flower bar set up and large staff of flower cart attendants.
What if I want specific flowers included?
No problem. If you have a list of specific flowers you want included in your flower bar experience then we’ll create a custom quote for you.
Will you stay to help guests arrange?
We absolutely can. At booking you will get the choice of having a flower cart attendant or not. It is strongly recommended to have an attendant stay for the event if you have 30 guests or more in order to keep the space clean and avoid a line forming at the flower cart while guests are building bouquets.
