Botanical House rents out a full service mobile flower bar/bouquet bar for events throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Guests choose from fresh flowers and greenery and create their own custom bouquets—making the flower cart an interactive activity, beautiful event décor, and memorable guest experience all in one.

A flower bar, also known as a bouquet bar, bouquet station, or flower arranging station, is an interactive floral experience where guests create their own bouquets using a selection of fresh flowers and greenery. Instead of simply giving guests a finished floral arrangement, a flower bar lets them choose their favorite blooms and design a bouquet themselves.

The Botanical House brings the entire experience to your event with a beautifully styled mobile flower cart stocked with fresh flowers, greenery, wrapping materials, and everything guests need to make their own bouquets.

It's part floral décor, part hands-on activity, and part party favor.

Guests can stop by the cart throughout the event, choose their flowers, create their bouquet, and take it home at the end of the event.

Absolutely! We have 3 bouquet sizes with a goal of fitting conference events budgets of all sizes but we are so happy to create custom packages to fit your event.

We offer a Flower Attendant option with our flower bar set up so you can choose to have a flower cart attendant to assist guests or choose a self serve bouquet bar. I highly recommend having a flower cart attendant for groups of more than 30 guests.

The small cart is 4×2 a the large cart is 6×2. Depending on the size of your event, we may bring multiple flower carts to keep things running smoothly. We will discuss spatial needs at the time of booking.

We set up flower bars for all sorts of events in the Charlotte, NC area! A few popular examples are store grand openings, birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, office parties, client and employee appreciation events, conferences, apartment resident events, retirement communities, real estate events and more!

We have 3 different bouquet sizes. The bouquet size you choose x the number of guests you will have determines how many flowers we will use to stock our flower cart station. We offer a 5 stem, 10 stem and 15 stem bouquet.

Yes! But the weather can affect your flowers. Surprisingly, fresh cut flowers do NOT like to be in the sun. Keep them in the shade in water. Heat can also cause your flowers to wilt, so if it is a very hot day, perhaps consider setting up the flower cart indoors.

Yes! We have set up the flower bar for many corporate events and the flower bar is always a huge hit. Corporate events guests love choosing their flowers and leaving with a custom creation.

Absolutely! We have set up our bouquet bar for several conferences and it’s the perfect activity for guests to look forward to in between sessions. We can even provide space for guests to keep their bouquets in water during conference sessions to be picked up before they leave. Please request this at booking.

Totally! A bouquet bar at a baby shower is an adorable activity for guests and it also doubles as a party favor. You can event match your abby shower theme to fit the flower bar, such as a “baby in bloom” theme. We can coordinate the flower colors to match the baby gender or your general baby shower color palette. You might also consider using the flower cart colors as a part of the gender reveal!
